  • Random Acts of Kindness Day felt like a good reminder that what we do (in business and in life) doesn’t always have to be big to matter.

    Today I’m doing a few small things around town just because.

  • Trends aren’t bad, but they’re often misunderstood.

    Most of the clients I see who feel β€œstuck” with their skin weren’t careless, they were following advice that looked good online but wasn’t right for their skin, lifestyle, or consistency level.

    Skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it’s definitely not something that changes every 30 days because TikTok says so.

    Real progress usually comes from doing fewer things, more intentionally, for longer than feels exciting.

    That’s the lens I work from with my clients.

Say hello and let clients into your day!

  • Face-to-camera hello or quick text slide

  • Your space, your coffee, or getting ready for the day

  • What you’re up to or what you have on your agenda

Why: Remind people you exist and feel approachable.

STORY 2: Promote

Share what you want clients to book or know about.

  • Open appointments or waitlist spots

  • A service you’re focusing on

  • A product restock or special

Why: Stories are where clients expect reminders.

STORY 3: Be Relatable

Share something personal or light!

  • A random thought, moment, or opinion

  • What you’re reading, watching, or loving right now

  • A behind-the-scenes moment that let’s them into your personal life
