Trends arenβt bad, but theyβre often misunderstood.
Most of the clients I see who feel βstuckβ with their skin werenβt careless, they were following advice that looked good online but wasnβt right for their skin, lifestyle, or consistency level.
Skincare isnβt one-size-fits-all, and itβs definitely not something that changes every 30 days because TikTok says so.
Real progress usually comes from doing fewer things, more intentionally, for longer than feels exciting.
