MARCH EMAIL TEMPLATES

How It Works

STEP 1: Open your email marketing platform (I recommend Kit) and start a new blank email.

STEP 2: Copy the templates below and paste them into your email platform.

STEP 3: Make it yours. Adjust the wording, add details specific to your business, and use the phrases you naturally say to clients.

Pro Tip: Consider adding your own photos or linking a recent social post in this email. Visuals that reflect your real space, work, or clients help readers feel more connected to your business.

If you need help or have questions, please send an email to shaylee@glowsissocial.com.

MARCH 9, 2026

Send: Early March (ideally March 9th or 10th) International Women’s Day
Goal: Nurture, emotional connection, trust-building + soft invitation to book or shop

Subject Line Options:

  1. Yesterday got me in my feelings...

  2. She doesn't need another candle 🕯️

Preview Text: And it changed how I show up for everyone else.

Email Body:

So International Women's Day was yesterday and honestly? It got me in my feelings a little.

More like a pause-and-reflect kind of way.

I started thinking about all the women in my life: my clients, my [mom/sister/best friend/mentor — pick whoever feels true to you], and how much we pour into everyone around us. (*PRO TIP: Add a photo of you and the person you mentioned to show your clients an inside look at your life.)

And then I thought about how rarely we pour back into ourselves.

I mean actually, consistently choosing yourself. On a Tuesday, for no reason, without guilt.

That's honestly why I do what I do.

I love skin, obviously 😍. And I've also watched what happens when a woman sits in my chair and gives herself permission to just... be taken care of for an hour.

That part… the exhale, the softening, the walking out a little taller, that's the whole reason I built this business.

[INSERT 1-2 sentences about something you personally notice — how clients look when they leave, something a client said recently that stuck with you, a moment that reminded you why you love your work. This is YOUR story. Make it real.]

So here's what I want you to hear today:

You don't need to earn rest. You don't need to wait for a birthday or a breakdown. You are literally allowed to book something just because it sounds nice.

Revolutionary concept, I know. 😏

If that's hitting different right now, here are a few ways I can help:

✨ [Insert your most popular or most "treat yourself" feeling service + price] — perfect for when you need a reset without thinking too hard about what to book.

✨ [Insert a product you love recommending] — because taking care of your skin at home between visits is the cheat code nobody talks about enough.

[If you're running any March specials, pop them here. If not, delete this line entirely — don't force it.]

No pressure, no expiring countdown timer. Just me, reminding you that you deserve to be on your own to-do list.

And honestly? At the top of it.

MARCH 24, 2026

Send: Mid–late March (March 24-26) Spring
Goal: Authority-building, seasonal education, gentle rebooking + retail reminder

Subject Line Options:

  1. Ok but why does my skin act different in spring??

  2. Your skin is about to be SO confused

Email Body:

Hey [INSERT NAME]!

Can we talk about something that nobody warns you about?

The spring skin freak-out.

Like one day it's freezing and your skin is dry and flaky. Then suddenly it's 60 degrees, your face is oily by noon, and you're breaking out in places that have been clear all winter.

And you're standing in your bathroom like... what did I do wrong???

Nothing. You did nothing wrong. 😉

Here's what's actually going on:

The weather is shifting. Humidity levels are changing. Your skin is literally recalibrating, and it doesn't always do that gracefully. Add in the heavier moisturizer you've been using since November and the fact that you're probably sweating more without realizing it, and yeah. Things get a little chaotic.

The good news? A few small tweaks can make a massive difference right now.

Here's what I'm telling pretty much all my clients this month:

🌷 Lighten up your moisturizer. If it felt perfect in January, it might be too heavy now. Your skin doesn't need the same thing year-round.

🌷 Don't skip SPF. I know, I know, I sound like a broken record. The truth is UV exposure is ramping up even when it doesn't feel sunny yet. This is the #1 thing I wish more of my clients took seriously.

🌷 [Insert a third tip that aligns with your expertise, your products, or a service you offer. Make it specific to what YOU actually recommend. Generic = forgettable. Your real opinion = authority.]

[Optional: Share a quick product rec here with a photo. Something like "The ___ from ___ is what I've been switching clients to right now and the feedback has been chef's kiss." Link it if you sell it online.]

Honestly though? The single best thing you can do when the seasons change is come in and let me look at your skin.

I can tell things in person that no TikTok video or Google search is going to catch. Your skin is specific. Your routine should be too.

[Pick one of the below — whichever fits your vibe:]

OPTION A (if you want to push a specific service): My [insert facial or service name] is especially perfect right now because [1 sentence on why — exfoliation, hydration reset, pore detox, whatever applies]. If you've been meaning to get on the books, let’s do it.

Book here → [Insert booking link]

OPTION B (if you want to keep it soft and open-ended): If it's been a minute since your last visit, or if your skin is doing something weird and you want a game plan, I'm your girl. Let's get you in.

Book here → [Insert booking link]

Happy Spring, babe. 🌸 Your skin is going to love this season with a little help.

P.S. [Same idea as Email 1 — personal touch here. Maybe something like "I just reorganized my treatment room for spring and I'm borderline obsessed" or "Currently testing a new product behind the scenes and I CANNOT wait to tell you about it." Give them a reason to feel like they're in your world, not just on a mailing list.]

  • My promotions sell better and I have probably made an extra 💰15,000 since starting the program about a year ago. I've gotten new clients, sold so much more product, and made everything easier on myself by being more efficient.

  • Could not recommend these courses more! I have learned SO much, and continue to learn every time I do a lesson. Stop wasting your time, and just do it. I promise you won't regret it.

    - Kayla, Licensed Esthetician

  • This week I sold 💰1,000 in products on my online store. It was so nice to be able to send people a link and have them do all the work instead of me giving them totals and sending invoices.
